Hello everyone! I've been posting for some months now, but hadn't start a journal. I decided to compile the stats I've posted in other topics and throw them all in here. This is a summary of my progress so far:

July 06th, 2009
Weight: 76 kg / 167.2 pounds
Body Fat: 17.6%
BMI: 25.39




August 24th, 2009
Weight: 72 kg (-4 kg) / 158.4 pounds (-8.8 pounds)
Body Fat: 14.7 % (-2.2 %)
BMI: 24.06




September, 28th, 2009
Weight: 69.3 kg (-2.7 kg) / 152.5 pounds (-5.9 pounds)
Body Fat: 13.7 % (-1 %)
BMI: 23.15



As you can see, I only lost 1% of body fat in the last month, but I lost 2.7 kg. That means I lost a lot of muscle! I would like some extra help since my goal is to reach 9% BF.

As for training, I do weight training twice a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) and HIIT on Sundays (started 2 weeks ago with HIIT, I was previously just doing steady state cardio).
