Another Month Gone By..

OK, another month has gone by.. I cant tell much of a difference actually this time even tho I have lost another 11lbs. Oh well, maybe next time.
 
I know what that felt like tonight, lol. Your doing awesome, your progress is really coming along. I didn't mention this, but I like how in your other pics, you start having to wear a belt because your doing so well. Nice job jb, keep going :).
 
Another Month gone.. well, I have consistantly been working out splits and eating good but because of vacations and things I ended up only losing a few pounds. But, from the new picture it seems like I am gaining more muscle definition. Comments welcome.
 
Looks great and yeah I can see more definition.
