seriously...2 months...you see those ladies on the treadmills for 2 YEARS and they dont improve like you...im wanting to see you 2 more months
 
Thanks for the great replies.. I think we are heading to Florida at the end of next month.. hopefully, I will feel comfortable taking my shirt off on the beach lol. But, that is yet to be seen.

Your progress is very motivating my man.

Your will and drive is going to produce some GREAT final results.
 
Good job. However, it is summertime go outside and take some pics. Perhaps on a football field holding a football or something. And wax that chest. other than that great work.
 
Very nice job!! I'm on my 3rd week, and I hope to get the same result like yours. What are you doing for the past 2 months and what is your diet like?
 
very nice work i gotta show this to my dad as some motivation lol... but uhh u look like u'd be a REALLY big guy if u worked out and stuff u look like u got a big build.. and dont wax ur chest it wont look good lol

Hey Mugen, for the most part I am pretty strict on my diet mon-fri eating 6 meals per day (sometimes sub'n with a protein shake) on Sat and Sun I still have some trouble, I like to cookout and we have a bunch of beef in the frig (parents butcher a cow and pass out da meat). I also like to mow and drink beer lol :eek: . I will stay pretty clean on those days, but if the wife wants some steak, I will grill some steak and chicken and then split my portion between the two. I try to eat alot of veges.. and alot of protein.. fruit only in the mornings.

I workout 5 times a week on a split routine doing.

Mon: Chest/Tris/Forearms
Tues: Off
Wed: Back/Shoulders/Bi's
Thurs: Legs
Fridays: Chest/Tris/Forearms
Sat: Off
Sun: Back/Shoulders/Bi's

on my workout days I always walk 3 miles afterwards and try to walk at least 4-5 times a week.

I usually lose about 5lbs Mon-Fri..but, by Mon.. it ends up being about 3lbs total. I don't think I am gaining fat back on those 2 days, but I do think I am retaining more water on those days.. because usually by Wednesday I am way down again... 3lbls a week is my target tho.

I am however getting alot stronger at the same time which is good. :)

I hope this motivates you and all I can say is stick with it!
 
lol.. yeah, those shorts will fall off me now.. I don't even bother up-buttoning them.. just pull em up and strap a belt on.. lol
