Hey Jeremy---I knew you'd made a huge transformation, but seeing it in living color really shows what a big improvement you did make.

wow man... im kind of in the same boat as you except i havent lost as much (and i dont have the guts to post pics, lol)...i started at about 340 in march 2007, although i was about 360 at one point a couple of years ago...im down to 263 right now. your posts have been really motivating. just wanted to say thanks and congrats on your transformation!

You look like a totally new person and really looking at your pix brought the biggest smile to my face....well the dragon pose brought a bit of laughter as well:D You are doing marvellous!!
