I forgot to weigh in last week! My weight loss has been slow and steady - I am trying not to deprive myself of things I like, but just eat smaller portions and in moderation. I definitely have to exercise more, and then I think I will see quicker results. On to July!

. July WILL BE MUCH BETTER... looks like I need to go back to visiting this forum everyday, it helps keep me on track, because obviously waiting until the end of the month to weigh myself is not working.
