Well done to all the losers so far. And to those who didn't lose (yet...), hang in there, because if you stick with your programme, the losses WILL happen.
My weight was up from last week all this past week - until today. I was pretty sure that after losing 11 pounds in my first two weeks it was the Week Three Stall, so I just hung in there, and this morning I was rewarded with a drop of 1½ pounds!
