Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

May 29: 149
June 5: 148.2 (-0.8)
June 12: 147.4 (-0.8)
June 19: 145.8 (-1.6)
June 26: 145.2 (-0.6)

My goal is going to be 143!

2 pounds a week is twice what I did last month so I'm going to have to get after it.

It's the 11th and I haven't lost a bit of weight. I will be at a new low Sunday and I'll reset some goals based on that. The original goals are pretty certain failure at this point. Glad to see some drops here.

My goal is not looking likely as I am still nearly 3 pounds away with just one week to go. Unless I get a major whoosh it's just not going to happen. Oh well, weight loss sure ain't linear.
 
252.2 this morning so at least I've lost some this month. I think I will try for 250 by month's end although I don't see that as likely with 10 days left.

Total: +2.0 okay this is going the completely wrong way...hoping it's mostly just due to bad eating and possibly that time of the month coming up soon...

Wasn't even CLOSE! Didn't even manage to lose 4 pounds in the whole month! Don't know why my weight loss has slowed to a crawl! I guess at least it's going in the right direction.

Didn't make my goal, and can't remember exact date of my 135 weigh-in but figure it's close enough.
