OK well I haven't posted in a while. I've managed to keep the weight loss going so here is a recap of my journey thus far...

And finally my most recent pic.. me in a bathing suit! I can't beleive I am actually posting this.. I still don't like how I look in a swim suit.. but I don't hate it either... still working on those self esteem issues. I definitely have some more work to do with toning and that sorta thing but this is where I am at now...

Loose Skin is no fun... I do have some that bothers me.. particularly on my upper arms and my stomach.. I have not been so good about weight training.. I've mainly stuck with cardio to lose the weight.. So at this point I am working on toning my arms and doing more ab exercises to work on the midsection.. so I am hoping that will help with my problem areas. I have had two kids so I don't think its possible to get a nice flat belly... but I am gonna try! It takes time for your skin to keep up.. so as long as you are losing the weight in a healthy way.. with diet and exercise.. and losing no more than 2 pounds per week.. I think you should keep the loose skin to a minimum. Loose skin certainly shouldn't hinder you from getting rid of the fat though. I'd rather have a little loose skin then have it filled out with fat.

ya because i was 220 at one point and dropped to 145 but had loose skin and i was kind of depressed and now im back to 204 but im not that fat because i got taller and stuff like that but i want to get back to 165 and not struggle with my weight

These pics are very inspirational for me since 280 was my starting weight as well, but I'm only down 35 pounds so far. How long has it taken you?

Anyway, you look so great, congrats on your success!!!! :)

I have lost over 100 pounds in 12 months. I have averaged 2 pounds a week up to this point. I am not any strict plan.. I eat what I want but am careful with my portions.. I count calories and try to make healthier choices. I exercise regularly.. usually that is on the elliptical for 30-45 minutes 5 times a week.

Woohoo!

Such an inspiration. I'm so afraid of swimsuits; there's nowhere to hide in them. I'm going on a cruise at the end of the month so I'll have to suck it up. You are absolutely gorgeous and should be so proud of your progress. Even more important is the knowledge that you can pass on to your kiddies with keeping a healthy lifestyle. Keep Smiling!:)
