July 22 Diary

I weigh 150 something I need a scale! My height is 5'2 feet maybe something if that. I want to lose 20 pounds. I am not sure of a realistic time frame by July 22 if possible or sooner. Is this possible I have never had to diet or excerise before so I am not sure? I will acoplish this goal by excerise and eating healther. I am thinking weight watchers any recomendation would be helpful! This I need to do for myself my back, neck and feet hurt all the time. Help me to keep postive. I just started working a second job so time is limited. I have a gym membership I just need to start using it. Will the eliptile cardio machine make my hips and but bigger? I hate my HIPS and BUTT what should I do in terms of excerise for this big problem!! Thanks

Congrats. On starting a diary.. you will find it really helpful to keep track of you meals and just to vent if you need too! I'm sorry I dont know answers to some of your questions but for the one you listed above.. I have found that since I have started working out (a little over 3 weeks now) My depression has gotten so much better..I have more energy now then I ever had, and I'm so tired I actually go right to sleep at night! Exercise really helps alot of things! Good luck to you! If you ever need to talk, I'm alway's here to listen! I'll check in on you in a day or so and see how your doing!! :eek:
