I weigh 150 something I need a scale! My height is 5'2 feet maybe something if that. I want to lose 20 pounds. I am not sure of a realistic time frame by July 22 if possible or sooner. Is this possible I have never had to diet or excerise before so I am not sure? I will acoplish this goal by excerise and eating healther. I am thinking weight watchers any recomendation would be helpful! This I need to do for myself my back, neck and feet hurt all the time. Help me to keep postive. I just started working a second job so time is limited. I have a gym membership I just need to start using it. Will the eliptile cardio machine make my hips and but bigger? I hate my HIPS and BUTT what should I do in terms of excerise for this big problem!! Thanks
