Its the start of a new month so many of us will want to set ourselves a target to lose weight or maintain over the next month.

Feel free to join me here.

Copy the scoresheet and state your aim.
You may want to lose a set amount of weight eg 1 pound or 2 pounds a week
You may want to lose for instance 1% of your weight at the start of the month
You may have made it to your goal weight and have your eye on Maintaining for instance within 3 pounds of your goal weight.
You may even have an alternate weight problem and have weight to gain.

I am pretty pleased with my weight loss this month.
10 pounds is pretty decent for the month which contained both my wedding anniversary and my birthday

I must say - I'm particularly impressed with Rob - who lost most weight - even though he'd stopped trying to lose weight

Thanks Margaret, weight is funny I lost more in July than in months when I was trying to lose. Never quite goes as planned I guess.

You did very well also, no real difference between 10 and 11 pounds.

The good thing about this kind of challenge is that in one way - everyone ends up winning
