I finally feel like I can do this! It just takes determination. There will be bumps in the road but you have to be able to recover quickly. I've also found that keeping your food new will keep you focused. You can't always eat the same thing. I try different things everyweek. This week I am making burritos with rice and lots of veggies. I am also in love with spinning. I just tried the class the other day and it is amazing. It really pushes you to your limit. All I know is i'm 30 and I need to do it now.

Sounds like you're well on your way to cultivating an effective mentality. That's more than half the battle.
