So today is the first day . Went pretty good. got pretty hungry after B and close to dinner

B- bannana 2p
L- Diet coke 0p
- bagel w/ cream cheese 6p
- pinapple 1p
- jello w/fruit 2p
D- Boston market
1/4 dark chicken ate 1/2 4.5
new potato's ate 1/2 1.5p
corn ate 1/2 2p
bread ate most of it 2.5p
cyclone-4p
total=25.5 goal= 28
 
so the first week went great I lost 5lbs!!! Very busy so kind of hard to keep up with the diary. I know it is important. I do keep a journal of what i eat every day. I was very proud of myself this week we went out to dinner with our friends and I was a little scared. It was a barbeque place. I ordered a pulled pork sandwhich with fries and I ate half of the sandwhich and took the rest home and let my husband eat it the next day. Today I am going to lunch with my friend . I know I can control myself:)
 
third week went great!! 3lb weightloss for a total of ten. I feel like I am still able to eat the things I want just in moderation. I am trying to measure my portions a little better. My goal for this week is to start some excersize regimen. Well we will so how it goes!!
 
what a nasty day isn't winter over yet. I started walking and today was not that great but I still did it. Hoping for alot of motivation and results.
