I don't think that your cheeks are pudgy at all! I don't have any idea how to lose weight in your face though. I think that some people just keep weight there. You look great the way you are now! :)

Just so you know... I dumped all your red bull out in the sink because you ate my granola bars!!!

I had a good day yesterday
Today I worked out all that I normally do
I had salmon and salad for dinner =) It was nummy! Today though I had a hard day with my looks, I felt heavy and though I looked terrible, which is awful since I haven't treated myself at all...Not even the popcorn ha ha. I don't know why, nothing happened. I just wanted to eat and eat...But I didn't give in! and I didn't weigh myself. I'm halfway through my first week and I'm going to try to stick to it!!!!
I feel better tonight I went for a walk and am getting support =) thanks..you know who you are!
I'm going to try my hardest at getting through this and not weigh myself till Sunday
 
Good job on not weighing yourself! I'm sorry about your self image problem..:( I have those days! I know exactly what you mean though! I know it probably won't help but you look awesome! I think you probably just aren't used to staying off the scale so you're not getting that extra good job! I bet you're doing great. On SUnday I'm sure the scale will be in your favor! :)

Alright...so this morning I felt not so good...and i did it, I weighed myself. I was so worried that I would gave gained or not lost anything. I also did my measurements, i figured i'd post them early and again on sunday. I weighed 150lbs on sunday, today 140...THATS RIGHT 10 POUNDS!!!! and my measurements were: thighs 22 inches, hips 39 inches, waist 32 inches today: thighs 20 inches, hips, 37 inches, and waist 30 inches. I lost 6 inches in four days
I feel great my motivation is restored!!!!!

ha ha sorry I can't even sign into aim right now...J is working from home and needs the phone (we use VOIP) so he needs the computer...stupid confrence calls...I'll sign in as soon as I can!!

sooo this morning I felt awesome...I even took some new pictures ( you can see them in before and after if your interested)!! I can't believe how great I feel after such a short period of time! Today I didn't go off my diet but I ate a little more than I usually do. I had a rice cake and fresh blueberries (they're finally in season yay!!) for lunch and had surf and turf for dinner (steak and shrimp) I also had a potatoe with cheese and more blueberries for dinner. I oly did the elliptical today, no dvd. I didn't have the energy today! usually on fridays I pig out. sweets all day and fried food for dinner. but today I am really proud of myself I may have indulged, but I didn't eat terible things! yay me! I think tonight I'm going to snack on some popcorn, I deserve it! Tomorrow it's back to my full work out and eating a little less!I'm going to see a movie tomorrow, so I figure I should eat the popcorn now rather than there where it's covered in butter =)
 
YAY for spicy popcorn! :) haha. I'm glad you felt so awesome today! I'm going to see a moive tomorrow with danny too! yay! we can compare notes later... :) we might go on sunday now that i think of it. but either way we will talk!
 
Whets up juggalette, glad to see you motivated this week and doing great!! Keep up the good fight! I was kinda glad to see your name; believe it or not I got arrested 4 years ago for throwing faygo at a cop at a show by accident its cool to see a friendly name in the crowd! Im on the healthy path now and am on my way to get a tattoo when I reach my second goal on 180!

I went to a concert a couple of years ago, and my shirt is still stained purple and brown from all the faygo!
a tattoo is a great idea! maybe i should get another one...hrmmmm

arighty, Sunday weigh in day!
For the week I lost 10 pounds and 9.25 inches
yay me!
Im going to try to loose 5 more pounds but thats it! I'm not even sure that I want to go that far, I'm pretty happy with how I'm feeling and looking! I'll see how things go this week.
Aside from weighing myself early I stuck to my plan! I haven't had anything sweetened in a week and I'm not really wanting it, which is awesome for me!
Anyways Im going to keep going for the next week and see where I get to =)
 
=) i haven't posted in a bit...I've been busy, Haven't had the time. I kind of have a dilemma, I want to increase my metabolism. Im going to try to eat six small meals a day. but im worried that eating like that is going to make me gain some weight...does anyone have any suggestions, or has anyone seen any problems with this? I have been burning a lot of calories working out (around 1500/day) and was assuming that I could eat more than i have been. but thats not really whats happening *and im not eating any "bad foods". I just don't want to gain back some of what i've lost only to struggle to get rid of it again! any suggestions??
 
If you're going to eat six small meals a day you won't gain weight as long as they are SMALL and good for you! :) They will help your metabolism spees up and then if you do eat more you will be less likely to gain weight. You should try reading through Body For Life or a diet that promotes eating small meals through the day. Even slimfast does that. Good Luck.
