Thanks for stopping by my diary. Took me a bit to find yours. I'm glad you're doing well. With the determination you seem to have and the good choices you're making you'll continue to lose more and more weight. Keep up the good work! :)
 
Been busy today, doing a lot of manual labour so it better have shifted a lb or 2 lol. Food wise not really ate very much but looking forward to my dinner tonight. Will keep it healthy.
 
Well well, got a right knock back yesterday - i applied for a job with our local council last week which i am more than qualified to do and received an email "sorry but your application is not being processed", feeling gutted is an understatement.
 
I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the job. I've been told that things happen for a reason so maybe there's a better opportunity around the corner for you. Keep your head up!
 
Not been on for a while as i was feeling very demotivated. Doing lots of exercise but no weight loss. Told i would be building muscle.
Weighed this morning and down 6lbs so feeling very positive and hoping that everything is now beginning to kick in.
Got Zumba class tonight. Kettle Bell on Wednesday and doing a lot of walking. Keeping a strict eye on what i'm eating so hopefully another loss next week.
 
If you are building muscle you may not see weight loss on the scale but you should be feeling better and clothes should be fitting you better. I haven't taken my measurements since I started my weight loss a few weeks ago, and I don't plan to until I start losing weight and then taper off. Then I hope my measurements will have gone down and will provide me the extra motivation I need to keep going.

If you haven't you should take your measurements, and possibly even pictures so you can compare these throughout your journey. Sounds like you doing well, keep it up!
