Jubilee Way to Health

felt bloated when i woke up. think tom is lurking near. urgh.

Went to the office gym and did a couple of weights before work. such a nice weather to work out today that i started dancing crazily to my workout music lol! i really want slim arms so im really gonna work hard on that plus eating clean.

i got lots of celery and apples to tide through today so that i don't hv to eat something junky out of boredom. been sticking to my green tea and also plain water... so much so that a co-worker asks how come the filtered water runs out so quickly! hahahaha! i had pineapples for breakfast today. daniel plan is starting well. im so amazed how much combined weight the group has lost! Stayin focused so i can see awesome results too!
 
Oops... didn't realise i was away for a week from here. Basically didn't feel like typing during TOM. and i really hate weighing in during this time! urgh. only 2 lbs down this week on the scale but i think once its finally gone, the magic number im looking for will come!

Im still eating healthy the past 7 days and cutting down on caffeine. worst thing i had was 2 pieces of bacon. Yep so proud of myself lol! Downed some green tea and fruits before starting work today. Goin to the gym for weights today. I bought some Zumba dvds (not gonna burn my data watching vids online anymore) that comes with dumbbells. Does anyone keep a set of dumbbells at work? lol.
