JT's Diary for a better self being (and body)

So this is my first diary, accounting on what I eat and excersize. I am around 223 lbs right now, and trying to at least hit 185, if not less. I used to be 260.

I'm afraid if I lose weight too quick I'll gain it back. I HATE cardio and excersizing, but I love to lift weights and box (when my stamina can handle it)

I also started taking a supplement 2 friends suggested (one thats a personal trainer and another who just had sucsess with it) called OxyElite Pro. If anyone has any stories with it, please share, I'm having some issues with it as well.

June 1st and second I ate pretty well for the most part. did weights on the 2nd. I started the supplement on the 1st anyway.

So I'll start off with today..

June 3rd

6:45 - supplement
7:15 - Special K Cinnamon Pecan with half a bananna sliced
7:30 - Treadmill for 30 minutes. intervals of 1.5 MPH for 3 or 4 minutes then to 7.5 MPH for a minute or 2, then down to 2 MPH, then back to 7.5 MPH and so on.
10:30 - Same as breakfast, cereal with banannas
12:30 supplement
(its only 12:45, but I have my meals planned out as so...)
1:30 - Ham and turkey with a slice of cheese on whole grain break
4:30 - Strawberry Yogurt, and 2 cans of organic (get ready) baby food. its spinach and peas for one, and just pears and apples in the other. The reason, I'm allergic to some fruit. I can't eat apples like most people.
7:30 - Any meal up to 600 calories to keep me pretty full before I try to go to sleep.
9:30 - Celery sticks with organic peanut butter in the grooves.

I work at a cell phone store (today for example, for the full 12 hours) so I'm behind my desk a lot. I'll keep this updated as often as I can, since I'm behind a computer 7 days a week anyway, it shouldn't be hard!

have you worked out the calories you are consuming ?

I have heard good things about your supp but If your exercise is not intense enough or your diet is to high in calories its not going to work.

try to do this without the supplements first, they have their place but not until everything else is spot on.

In total today, I should be assuming about 1800 calories. thats not including the 250 I worked off this morning, which gives me leeway to add a few extra calories if needed be.

I have lost about 35-40 lbs without the supplement, and then I was stuck on a pleateu for a good 2 months, which didn't go away no matter how hard i tried (I didn't work out as much as I should've though) then the weight started to drop once I took them.
I was taking stacker 3's (one a day just for energy because i felt like coffee wasn't heloping me in my goal, even with skim milk and splenda) and I lost too much weight too fast, so I stopped and only gained back 2 lbs, which was probably water weight.

the problem with the supplements is that I'm actually craving food more than I used to, when they are supposed to curb your appetite. I am getting fuller quicker, but its only lasting an hour and a half or so.

My main problem now is finding a nice filling 600 calorie meal in this mall with very little food court choices (subway, desert moon, 2 chinese places, deli and a coffee stand that sells sandwiches)

Well for the time, i brought in as much as I could. I don;t have a microwave at my store, and I already made what I could for work (breakfast and lunch) but if I cooked dinner, it would've gotten old/cold if I waited till 7:30 to eat it

June 4th, 2011

9:45 - Supplement
10:15 - A few bites of Special K cinnomin cereal. Didn't eat much because I had no milk, then tried to mix vanilla protein shake and water, tasted like crap. (50 calories)
10:30 - Boxing with a reflex bag for a half an hour (estimated -150 calories burned, probably more though)

Then a long break from eating :/

4:45 - Medium Frozen hot chocolate from Dunkin Donutes (650 Calories) and a turkey flatbread (350 calories)... I was starving and hadn't had a chance to eat yet, and needed something because i felt weak.

Thats al so far. I am allowed another 3-400 calories for today.
