Dear Miss Sexay Me,

Im writing to you today to let you know that im coming to visit you in June! So wanted to give you plenty of warning so you can be looking your best :p

Ok Ok here I go...

My Current weight is 235 lbs Height 5'8
Im looking to lose 55lbs by June roughly.. give or take a few days this would put my scale at 180 lbs which honestly I would be doing cartwheels to see my scale under 200!!! I think it is a realistic goal for me right now and when I reach it ... I will take it from there :)
My heavisest weight was at 260 lbs.. I did manage to get down to 218 lbs by getting active and walking everyday and cutting out junk... but the last year I got lazy and stopped working out and started eating chips/poor eating habits (late at nite) so gained some of the lbs back thank god not all of them.. but at the rate I was going I was bound to end up back at my heaviest if not heavier!!! So here I go ..againnnnn on my ownnn (sorry had that song in my head)... lol

Ok So tomorrow is my first day of my journey!!! Its quite a hike to get to you Miss Sexay lol but Im prepared!! It was pay day today so I went to the grocery store and got some supplies that I think will set me up to a good start..
Tomorrows Menu... Breakie : Special K with berries/ 1 percent Milk /oj
Lunch: 1/2 Whole wheat pita with shaved turkey /lettuce/cucumber /diet coke Dinner: Garden Salad / Yogurt/ Manderin Orange

Ok maybe my dinner should be my lunch vice versa? But I work 8 hours from 2:30 till 10:30 tomorrow and dont like eating at work lol but im going to!!! usually I wait till i get hoem and thats close to 11 and I know that is not sooo good!

If anyone has any good ideas for quick lunch /dinner ideas let me know.. Im trying to eat outside of the box lol... always the same thinggg wanna try diff things

I am an emotional eater Miss Sexay!! I eat for all emotions! and definately boredom I need to get some activities going on.. I am going to start swimming again next week with my sister 3-4 times a week.. I miss swimming i know it made me feel better once I got over the first time going... also will stop using the treadmill as a place to dry clothes and start walking indoors when the weather isnt the greatest like today/nite holy snowstorm!!!

The reason I am starting my diet/health change tomorrow is because its friday.. I always start my diets Monday beacuse I think ill binge on the weekend kinda have my "last supper" and then start.. but nope tomorrow it is!!! Im feeling good about it got some healthy food to start me off ...

I will keep you posted on my journey ...

I love your sense of humor and you have a wonderful smile, too. I am doing Weight Watchers and have much more success than when I have attempted to lose on my own.

My first day wasnt too bad mind you I am hungry right now and trying not to eat anything because its 11:30 I just got home from work Im having a diet coke.. i know i know thats probably not great either but im addicted!!!! This will be my third diet coke today which is good for me im trying to cut back and that is me cutting back so far lol.. I usually have about 6 a day at least!!! As soon as I wake up im drinking one lol.

So for breakfast I did have my special k/milk and juice
for lunch I had half a pita with shaved turkey/lettuce and cucumber and a bit of light ranch dressing and a manderin orange
for dinner I took the other half of the pita and had a yogurt and apple I only drank 1 500 ml bottle of water with dinner tonite.. I know I need to up the water!!! But for my first day I dont think this is too too bad... this is the first time I actually packed a dinner and took it to work usually I wait till i get home and eat bad because im starving... mind you im still hungry but its a good hungry .. I might have another apple sliced up ..hmmmm yeah I think i will lol

Didnt do any physical activities today..but I do run around alot at work on my feet.
Monday I will incorporate excercise into my daily routine!
I work tomorrow 2:30 till 10:30 so I will probably pretty much more less have the same menu.

Man that apple is sounding soooo crazy delish right now!!! lol

Day 2

Pretty much a repeat of yesterday meal wise... another good day :) Im feeling excited and eager to get excercising!! Worked till 10:30 and now its 12:30 am and i have been cleaning since i got home tonite!!! Mum and Dad are having a "Do" here tomorrow morning so I have been going around like a mad woman with a duster lol oh well must be burning some more cals eh?

Im not working tomorrow and im going to a friends for the evening we may go for dinner but I already know im having a salad and no bread!!! lol Im not going to deprive myself going out .. just make better choices when i do go not fries for a side dish and all u can eat bread lol

Think that is all for now.. better get back to cleaning mode!!! GOOD TIMES!!!

Yeah this time feels very different and I think having joined this forum is going to be a big help, when ever im feeling discouraged or need some motivation I can come here and remember that I have support and a whole bunch of people cheering me on wanting me to succeed just as much as i do! Seeing how well everyone is doing .. I just wanna jump thru the screen and give a big high five!! Or have a group hugggg :grouphug: lol

Havent been able to get online last couple days so just updating last few days briefly..

Things have been going pretty good, sunday ate well , did go out for dinner but ordered a wrap with salad as the side instead of the usual fries and had water.
Yesterday and today it has been special k and fruits for lunch .. tonite i had chicken (plain) with one small baked potatoe for dinner.. has been a busy few days working and helping my sis out with her kids ... Im off tomorrow so going to get up around 11 lol.. i wanna sleep innnnnnnnnnnnnn... then Im going to bundle up and take my dog Aberdeenie (abby) lol for an hour walk! Ive been tempted to way myself but I will wait until friday because that will be a week... I hope i get to move my lil car vrrrrrrrrrooooom lol.

OK so I didnt get a chance to walk the dog today I got called into work because they were short staffed .. so before I left i had a peamal bacon sandwich .. for snack at work I took an apple and banana and when i got home i had a toasted turkey sandwich with nothing on it not even butter lol... but I was still hungry now and its 12 midnite I just ate a bowl of special k...

Looking at my meals I know they need to be jazzed up a bit! and have more thru out the day or something but today I was rushed being called in and didnt have anything ready! I normally get it ready the nite before now if i know i have to work.

So I am supposed to be off tomorrow unless I get called in

Special K for breakfast
Lean Turkey lunch meat in a wrap with cucumbers and lettuce.. as for dinner im not sure what I will be having yet.

snack i will cut up some veggies with a light ranch dip!

I am going to attempt to go swimming tomorrow nite with my sister.. im getting grrr because things always seem to come up at the last minute and I dont get a chance to do what I had planned.. I know i know I have to still try and fit excercise in even when the plans change!

Was called into work again today lol which is good though because i need the moneyyyyyyyyy!!! Made a wrap for lunch/dinner.. cut it in half and took half for my dinner shaved turkey with lettuce and cucumber anda tiny bit of cheese.. ate an apple, banana and orange today..oh I had 1 toffee square weight watchers thing it says its one point but im not doing weight watchers but I had a chocolate craving...
when i got home from work i had a handful of pistashio (spelling) nuts...

Tomororw I will way myself in the morning wish me luck!! Im hoping to maybe be down at least a 1lb or 2 !

Got up and weighed myself this morning im down 5lbs which is good woohoo! I know its mostly water and because its the first week.. but still im happy... except now im sick witha sore throat and achey!!! So im heading back to bed and think ill be having chicken noodle soup and gingerale all day!!! GOOODTIMES!!
 
Ok so im in crankypants mode!! because I just wrote an entry in my journal and i went to click submit and my computer funked up!! So Im going to have to take some deep breaths and come back later lol.. I was rambling on too like that led zepplin song!!! OH wellll...

Ok so im attempting again to write some crap.. I think I just need to ramble a bit ... I worked the weekend and yesterday i worked 16 hours because a couple girls called in for the nite shift ...so I didnt get home till 7 this morning..I still wasnt feeling the greatest so I was hopnig someone else would stay.. but no so it got to me and in my head I was saying no no no.. but all that came out was yes sure no problem :|.. I guess I didnt want the nite girl to be on her own and I do like taking care of my oldies :). So last nite on my break around 2 am i went across to the 24 hour a&p and got one of those lunchables with the crackers and cheese and some baby aeroroot cookies to munch on and 2 diet cokes i needed the caffienne.. ok so i ate 10 cookies oops! I got home and crashed.. so far today I have had a bowl of chicken noodle soup with some soda crackers ... and just now had a banana.. I only slept till 11 .. I must have been excited to wake up to a day of feeling shittty! lol
Another thing that gets me grrrrrrrrrr is my mum ( i live at home).. she goes in these crazy cleaning modes .. we are havinga family christmas thing here next sat so she starts cleaning 5234923 years in advance.. and theres the "we" gotta do this "we" gotta do that "we" need to eat better "we" need to start excercising... ok im all for helping trust me!!! but i procrastonate.. my motto used to be put off today what you can do tomorrow.. now that wasnt sooo good for my weight lol.. but i need that pressure like the night before cramming for a exam or last minute assignments i seemd to do better that way.. so im just annoyed because when shes in cleanding mode shes in made mode and it just stresses me out!!!! and anytime i suggest meal plans or ask her to come excercise she says NEXT time... but next time never comes.. so right now I gotta just take care of myself and hopefully can use the tools I am learning and will learn to help others like my mum later... i sound selfishhhhhhhhhhh but im not molly maid.. i clean i do my own laundry i do my parents laundry i cook sometimes lol i think she just likes to complain... uh oh as im typing this im realizing im complaining too like my mother :|
 
Im running low on time...
Had to work tonite and now im home baking cupcakes for tomorrows family christmas party at our house!! I tried not to lick too much batter lol.. Im hoping tomorrow I dont go crazy.. i will try my best but im not going to not eat just smaller portions... and next week im kick starting my work outs!!! woohoo excited to do that .. next week isnt as busy so it will be nice!!!

I weighed myself today and was down another 2 lbs! woohoo once I start excercising and getting some water drinkage goin on I think it will keep a coming off :)
