Breakfast: protein shake

Lunch: veggie burger, salad

Dinner: chicken fingers, whole wheat linguini

Snacks: baby carrots, mini all natural fruit ices, fruit wrap thing


Exercise: none
 
Past 2 days, and today!


9/8/12:




Breakfast: cinnamon life, milk

Lunch: eggs, baked diced potatoes

Dinner: whole wheat matzo, light swiss cheese spread, corn on the cob

Snacks: popcorn, almonds



Exercise: none





9/9/12:




Breakfast: fiber one, milk

Lunch: whole wheat bread, pastrami

Dinner: eggs, chicken franks

Snacks: white hot chocolate, whole wheat matzo, light swiss cheese spread, chocolate chips, dry cinnamon life (I quite obviously had the munchies...)



Exercise: an hour at the gym doing elliptical, weight machines





Today:


Breakfast: protein shake

Lunch: whole wheat matzo, light swiss cheese spread

Dinner: whole wheat elbow macaroni, cottage cheese, potato knishes, mini fruit ices

Snacks: salad, apple, carrots, popcorn


Exercise: heading to the gym for an hour
