Heres a tip to your workout woe's. As soon as you think about doing it... strap on your shoes and make your way over to the machines. DONT THINK TWICE. That is what gets everyone. Just get some willpower going. You can do it.
That is a good tip..I always think about it and how TIRED I am or how I don't feel like it. If I get out of the chair or bed or wherever I may be and just do it, maybe I will..infact just do it!
