Lovely! I must go for a hike today. I have a very grumpy, unwell husband :(

Condo sold and I have the disbursement checks. A small amount to me and a large amount to the coowner. So very happy.

I am exhausted because I drove down to the city and then to deliver the other check. Left at 11, got back at 8.

I have several contributors over tomorrow so headed to bed. I had planned to clean this afternoon but that's not done so getting up at 6 and starting. My credenza arrived in six boxes so I get to build that this weekend.

People are commenting on my weight loss and for the first time it is not terrifying.

Did not meet steps or macros today but I am okay with that.

Myfitnesspal says I burned 1,150 calories putting together furniture today. Gotta admit I am worn out. Continuous little movements really work muscles. I have one more piece to finish tomorrow. My arms were so tired I had little coordination left this evening but I did manage to fit all the boxez and packing into my car to take to recycling and the dump in the morning.

Go to ww tomorrow. I'm going to be disappointed if I don't get my 10lbs. I've lost 22.6lb but didn't start ww until later. They give little charms for milestones and I want the 10lb charm.

Deciding if I'm going to try Piney Knob trailhead again. A local gave me advice on getting my car up the hill. I also really need new shoes but I haven't found the ankle brace yet. May get them wo the brace since I am doing okay wo it as long as I am on trail. Concrete is awful.

Intake was lacking today. Overloaded what little I did eat w carbs but maybe that's what my body needed. I at least made 1,000. Myfitnesspal requires a minimum of 1k to close out the day so that's been helping to motivate me when I don't want to eat.

Otherwise I'm hunting for an affordable, comfortable couch and deciding which kayaks to order Spring break just started here. The air is filled with music from across the lake and on the mountain sides. Lot's of people here.

Damnit. Gained 2.8lbs. Wondering how much is fluid retention because I wear a ring to gauge retention and yesterday it was falling off my finger and today it's going nowhere.

Off to trails.

10,000+ steps again today. Did a 3.6 mile hike that nearly had me in tears but I completed it. Only way to get back to my car lol. Ive gained weight but the past week I was in such a calorie deficit that I am not sure how. My size 22 shirt fit perfectly tonight and I fit into my 'skinny' jeans. Two things that I could not do a month ago.

I slept two hours after getting back from the hike. Totally exhausted.

Ordered my cheap kayak and I'll look at a step up instore. May be a pipedream but want to have two in case someone wants to go with me. Also ordered a pfd, cart, and a few other things. Discovered a $800 tent I'd like but that's 3 years down the line after I've done a few dozen backpacking trips. Excited.

I am slowly discovering the online hiking community. What an amazing, encouraging, affirming community of women! Exactly what I need in my life.

I splurged and had a pretty good dinner at a local Mexican restaurant.

Gotta get up at 315 again. Gonna be a long day.

Just delivered less than 24 hours from ordering! I got it to the back porch. I am mighty! But I also cannot wait for the trolley to arrive lol. Whew. And this is a light boat....

My cart arrived today. I may attempt to put in tomorrow afternoon. Depends on my body/energy. I have done a mass amount of heavy lifting in the past three days as I'm preparing for the custom bookshelf in the office and my couch arriving in a week. Last night I moved all my books, half my kitchen, and a large cabinet. It all caught up with me today. Thankful work is calm this week. So if I am feeling shaky, I will spend the time watching videos and figuring out how to paddle and launch and land. I did get a paddle leash just in case I accidentally toss my paddle away. And my ifd squeases my front side flat but it fits....barely lol. I also got cheap water shoez but don't know if they fit. The excitement here is like a huge European adventure or something. So fun.
