So this is my weight loss - food blogging - general weight ranting - diary. ^^ For as long as I've lived (hint, my whole life) I've been overweight. Fat. Big-boned. Whatever you prefer to call it, and I've been teased mercilessly because of it. It's what ultimately caused my mom's death (she was young, 36 or 37, of a sort of 'heart attack') and staggered most of my family members with debilitating conditions. I didn't suddenly say, one day, I'm gonna lose weight, either. (Okay, I have a few times, and no, I didn't get anywhere but a short run and a couple cookies afterwards because I decided it wasn't 'worth it'.)
I actually starting losing weight by accident. Anemia crept up on me, and with having low blood, for me, comes with having ultimately no appetite. So, voila, I lost weight. It hit me I 'could' do it then and decided to actually start trying. So here's to getting to a size six.
Starting Weight: 250lbs
Current Weight: 198lbs
Goal Weight: 135lbs
Height: 5'5ft
Current Pant Size: 14

And to kick it off, here's what I ate today. ^^
Brekkie:
Instant Oatmeal (This is a staple of mine, eat it every morning without fail)
Lunch:
I was lazy, had a plain bagel with jelly. Not very healthy ..
Dinner:
Green Beans
Mashed Potatoes
Ham (soaked in brown sugar and coke, I was so ashamed, mostly because I haven't tasted coke even in moderation in over a year.)
Snacks:
100 Calorie Pack

Overall, it was about 1100 calories, I think. Tomorrow I'm going to change my diet a bit, put more veggies and stuff in there. Even though it seems small enough I don't think my meal plan is health-oriented .. and I'm aware I didn't have enough calories today, oops.
Any food suggestions?
