I like bison tacos. Without the taco shell. So really it isn't a taco at all, is it? It's a pile of meat with a little cheese and tomato on a plate.

Looks like a dog's breakfast :D

Val, that sounds DE-LI-SHUS ... except I wouldn't eat the tortillas. Just the fish with spicy salsa (no black beans), some mango and avocado ... that's it :)

Well, if the truth be known, I didn't want to last more than about 30 seconds once we started. But Matt is a horrible tease ... so he tormented me for about an hour.

So I'll say I lasted 60 minutes, give or take a few heavy breaths :p

I prefer beef with all the fixn's easy on the cheese and heavy on the salsa or chili!!! And I also like black or pinto beans on the side and maybe even a few chips... oh and sour cream... okay I better stop before I eat my keyboard!!!
