Journey, Not A Destination

bragging is so unbecoming :)

What I wouldn't give for skinny ankles :D

hell i'd settle for ankles -- instead of calves that go directly into fred flinstone feets :)

Haha, when guys say they have really skinny ankles and wrists, you can pretty much bet on it not being bragging.

not thinking dirty thoughts about width of wrist and width of other things

Don't over think the house situation... you have good judgement and common sense... go with your gut instinct and you'll know what the right thing to do is...
(oh yeah and ask for krista's honest opinion... :D

Krista wants the house bad. More so than me I'd say.

She doesn't understand the full impact a bad septic or two would have.

I think I'm going to see if I can get a buyer lined up for my house and have a contingency in place that if I can't relocate, the deal is off. That ensures I avoid homelessness, lol.

From there I don't know what the time line is. I'd like it to be I get the home and septic inspected but I'd imagine I have to enter into an agreement with the seller first.

The housing market is slow but my current house is small. It's what people are downsizing too all over. Two similar houses recently moved quickly that are located on the same street. I don't think I'll have a problem selling my house, but who knows.

Hi ya Steve,

Not sure how long the home you are considering has been on the market, but the last home we purchased, a buyer fell out over minor repairs to the home and the realtor had a copy of the inspection report that the previous buyer had done. If there were a previous report done on this home, and you could see it, that might be helpful (re the septic issues). The chances are low that there is, but it was just a thought.

Unfortunately there hasn't been any inspections since the house has been on the market. It's a good thought though, thanks!
