Not sure how much I'll be around today..... I have a college kid coming in to observe what I do today. I'm hoping to pass him off to some others in the office by lunch time.... but we'll see.

Anyways, you and your stupid foam rollers have me hooked, and convinced that you make be on to something with all your voodoo myofascial release stuff. My bad shoulder (the one that I had to have put back together after seperating, dislocating, and tearing the muscles from) has been REALLY bad recently from all of the throwing I've been doing (dodgeball and softball a couple times a week... it's sissy, but it doesn't make my crappy shoulder hurt any less). I found a place that does massages for sports injury (what I'm going to keep calling it) AND your voodoo, so I'm making an appointment today, and am gonna see how it does.

So Steve, not one to butt in (but I'm going to anyway) is there a site that can show a roller newbie what sort of exercises or moves to do??? Or, am I overthinking it, which is more than entirely possible coming from my tired mind...
