Journey, Not A Destination

Yeah, I know what you mean man. I'm Kinda in the same situation here. We just ain't got the cash for me to be eating 3,000+calories a day lol.

Bulking is expensive as hell. I go through meat like it's my job. And that stuff ain't cheap!!! So I hear ya.

Until I can get my own car so I can get a decent paying job I'm stuck in this aspect. I'm going to buy the manual and study so I can get a job as a pharm tech. They start out at between 13-15 bucks an hour around here.

Plus, it will give me "medical field" experience.

That sounds like a good plan. Better to start now than after school. Get your foot in the door and that way you can walk in with some experience once you are out of school.

From what I understand you simply need to memorize around 125 drugs and their interactions between one another to get the certification. It doesn't sound like the "fun" job all teens want, but, its better paying than most. ;)

That sounds incredibly tedious.

I recently heard about a study that shows people who do not exercise but "Think" about exercise for 30minutes a day and really focus on "exercise" (like imagining your bench pressing) increased their one rep max strength at the end of the month by a pretty decent %. Have you heard anything about this?

I've seen some crazy studies on visualization and it's outcome in terms of performance. I don't have any off hand but mental preparation and visualization definitely goes a long way. Hell, I don't need science to tell me that.

Not only is there a motivational link.... but as you know, our brains, cns, and pns control physical movement/action.

This is why I do a lot of visualization myself. Especially when moving toward the end of a mesocycle in my programming where the weights are really being pushed upward.

Not much I can do.... combo of my digging myself into a hole with work and having a lot of other things going on. If I don't de-clutter, stress will accumulate and I don't want that.
too much stress and you'll turn into me - that'd be bad :)

Sending warm happy thoughts your way... :)

Hahahahaha. Thanks for stopping in Mrs. Amerm, lol.

And I prefer Coach Squatter's Ass, thank you very much.

And oh how I sigh all content like on this end at the sweet thought of Steve Squatter Ass.... OOoOOOoOooOoohhhhhh..... Well.. just squatter's ass in general. HA!

HA! Steve Squatteraus.... that'll be your porn name from now on. HA! Btw... I hope things don't get too stressful over there in P to the A. If it does, take some time.. sit back... finger your Hula Dancing Fatty to make her bobble around.. and you'll be just fine. ;)

Hahahahaha..... Steve Squatteraus. I could make that work.

I'm doing a good job at managing the stress right now. We'll see how long it lasts as the weeks goes on.

Haha - tedious? Sure. Although, 12-15bucks an hour is a hell of allot better than be a level one zoner at target for 6-7bucks an hour.

Do you have any idea how much insurance alone is for 18-19year olds? Any car I get will cost me around 300bucks a month! Once I hit 21 that will DRASTICALLY be reduced...Its so unfair...The MAN is trying to keep me down I tell you!

So, Hows your forum coming along? Any ETA on it yet?

Ouch..... 6-7 bucks an hour.

I'd rather form a line and have each person kick me right in the nuts than bust my ass all day and only have 50 bucks to show for it.

I honestly don't remember paying that much when I was younger.... but I have a terrible memory.

Hell, I don't even pay that on 2 vehicles right now and one is a sports car.

It doesn't hurt that my cousin is my agent, lol.

I was a hair away from opening it up last week to be honest. But we decided to open it when the rest of the website is up and running. When that will be I do not know. We are currently in the process of having a logo designed for us. Content is pretty much done. We need to take a ton of videos yet, which is going to be the time consuming part. It's a slow process when we are both extremely busy.

OOOH steve can be bought :) YES!!!!!

i knew everyone had a price :)

Weight loss and fitness can also be bought :)do make sure that you charge an exhorbitant fee for your site -as the only thing that works long term is an expensive price tag - screw hard work -it's all about the money :D

I'm in it solely for the money. I don't really care about my clients or their success. That's why I'm partnering up with a ton of supplement companies to advertise on my site. I know they don't work but they will give me like 50% of all revenue.

Training will be 500 bucks per month.

Tack on an additional 650 if you want dietary advice as well.

You will also have to pay to be a member of the forum. It's reasonable though.... something like 19.99 a month I think. Oh yea.... and you have to pay per click on the forum. I believe it's 5 cents each click and a buck if you want to post a message.

I think great things will come from this.
