Journey, Not A Destination

Ha, he's cheating on us over at Spark! Well my curiosity got the better of me yesterday so I checked it out too. It seemed like a really transient site, like people come and go and there's so many members no one gets to know each other like here. I'm probably wrong but that was my first impression. I want to see Steve getting on these people's cases ha ha so maybe I'll go again and look for OUR stroutman :rofl:.

The message boards thre can be frustrating but if people want to get to know each other -it's possible -not my thing but -there are teams that people get to know each other better... and there's really not a lot of cases to get on -their approach to weight loss, while generic, doesn't suck - and their articles are quite informative and accessible.

In all actuality, I've seen a lot of good advice handed out so far. There are a few things I've seen that I'd love to debate, but debates are no fun when you are drowned out in a sea of people, which that community seems to be. I wish they used vbulletin.

I'm going to stick around though for a while, see what I think.

Morning Steve!! :) Hope you have a good ass kicking day!! Must keep the pics coming on your "cut" progress. :rolleyes: You know us ladies, we love the pics!! LOL Don't tell anybody, but I weighed in again this morning, and well I usually only weigh on Mondays, well I'm down a pound from yesterday. LOL LOL I'm sure I'll find it before Friday however! I have lower body workout tonight, hope I'm not as tired as last week, it just wore me down! Val said I should continue to do my Body Flow class after the lower workout, since it's just Pilates, tia-chi and yoga, last week I was shaking like a mo-fo and I never did that before. Think it's a good thing????
