Journey, Not A Destination

Really.

That's too bad.

For some reason, I can always find entertainment on the forums. If not this one, another. If all else fails, just rile some feathers! :D

OOOOH just remembered a reason to celebrate

Arr, me hearty, it's talk like a pirate day today -be sure to grab some grog and do some plundering.... eye patch and parrot are nice accessories today...

This reminded me of the guy in Dodgeball, haha.

kickball was cool too - easier than soccer... and the ball was way easier to kick than hitting a baseball - but striking out was way less graceful... and usually involved me landing on my butt.

Hey Steve, did your friend ever get back to you on that question I asked?

Yea, gave a real vague response....

off the top of my head, the catecholamines drop back within a couple of hours, the GLUT-4 translocation can remain for a fair (lots of hours) while following exercise, also depends on what is being eaten.

Will do.

You know. Is it just me. Or do people seem to want to "take you on" alot?

You talking about the biggest loser thread?

In general though, most people are appreciative of my 'efforts' around forums such as this. But there are always a few that make ridiculous attempts to make me look bad for some reason.

I guess b/c I'm more outspoken than your average person, it tends to attract bad attention along with the good. I don't really know.

This coupled with the fact that I like to make people think, and most people don't like to think outside their preset boundaries....

Well, you get people that think I'm out to get them. Or better yet, you get pathetic attempts to challenge my character as if I had just called their mother a whore or the like.

Whatever.
