Basically, I will be eating dairy, and no meat. I will be eating eggs as well. I have never liked drinking milk, and that will most likely stay the same. Is whey considered dairy? Oh I guess so, it's made from cheese, right? I will still be consuming that. I mix it in with my chocolate soy milk...

Whey is made from dairy, so you are fine.
One bit of advice is to try and get most of your protein from whole sources such as cottage cheese, eggs, whey, etc. I know a lot of vegetarians who live on soy. Excess phytoestrogen intake can possibly negatively alter thyroid function, and also mess with your body's testosterone manufacturing.
