Nope. I wish though. I grew up with a father that could build a car from the ground up. Did more than once actually.

Sadly, the info was not passed down the line to me. Whenever I had an issue with one of my vehicles, he simply fixed it. Combo of me not caring about it and him not wanting to teach me I guess.
 
I plan to buy a few books on the matter when I get my truck. Not that I won't be able to afford to upgrade it/fix it through other people. Just, I want to be able to do it myself lol.

Whatever car/truck you get. Let me know!

I have also done a bit of research into more affordable economic cars. Not that I want one lol. But, to buy for my moms. Out of the ford aveo,toyota yaris and Honda fit five. The honda EASILY beats all other cars in its class. Of course, I haven't been able to check the scions competively priced cars yet. So I can't say for sure yet. But, out of those three. The honda easily wins. Just thought I would put that out there incase someones looking into any of those cars.
 
I've always had good experiences with Hondas. Before my Z I had an Acura TL. Fantastic car even though I owned it for a very short time.
 
Damn, I was looking into the VW rabbit. WOW, is all I can say. Go over to VW.com and look at the overview of their "rabbit". Read it all, its quite impressive!

The Build button won't work for me so I can't configure it, dammit!

Alright, I took more looks at the new camaro and I say NO. If I'm going to get any old car their bringing back as new. Than it will be the dodge challenger!

So, top cars are the GMC canyon, and Dodge Challenger...
 
Yup yup, when it comes time. I don't know how I'll be able to choose between the canyon and the challenger lol.

Yeah, Not sure if you'll be into the rabbit. But, I think for the price its one of the best cars I have ever seen. I would like the MPG to be a tad higher on it though...

The VW's are comming up to be like the new BMW's! Only for less!
 
Honestly, I'm not a fan of VW's. I know a lot of people that have had problems with newer models of them. Plus, I don't really like many of their cars. I'm picky.

I have a friend with a VW R32... car is badass. But I still wouldn't buy it.

Even with BMW's there are only a few models I'd consider.... M3, 335i coupe, Z4 M coupe, and the 650i coupe.

I drove an Acura TL for a while and for what that car offered, it was very reasonably priced. Fun to drive with all the bells and whistles. It was comparable in speed to many of the BMWs but with more standard features and a lot less cost.

Eventually I think I'll own something like an old shelby or charger for power. Something a bit faster than my Z keeping the sporty feel. And a truck.

So am I, I wouldn't buy one for myself either. But, i can't deny it looks like one hell of a nice car.

BMW's start at 35K. I wouldn't buy one... But, I do like BMW's.

Yea, they are pricey. For some you get what you pay for. For others you are paying for the name.

I'd buy one maybe, but there are too many other possibilities. Nice cars are expensive man. My Z was 42k. Acura was 35k If you have a love for cars, it's worth it. If you don't care much about cars, stick with cheap hondas and the like.

Mind you, your definition of stupid people and mine may be drastically different.

I think as time goes on you'll realize that the majority of people I consider stupid simply refuse to use their brains. It's not a matter of being of lesser potential in terms of intelligence.

It doesn't so much have to do with intelligence as it does with the ability to think rationally and have a little deductive reasoning.

Hmm, Colt (TX QB) might not be playing at full capacity. I'm honestly, not sure how OK has been doing up to this point. So, I'll make my final guess durring the pregame. When I go online to look up OK's record who they lost and won against and so on lol.
Of course, I'm hoping for Texas!

Well, I hope Texas wins, too b/c I picked them to win..lol. OK have the same record as the Longhorns--4-1. Colorado upset them last week.

We got a 07 Honda Civic and OooO my gosh it's freakin' awesome!

We have only had Ford cars before and we'll now stick with Honda only..

Once it's paid off we'll trade in the {paid for} 99 Taurus and get another Honda!

Man do we save gas!

Such a sporty car as well.. We were lucky enough to be able to get it fully loaded as well.

So are you looking for something sporty or rugged? We are about to get my husband a Volvo. I can't remember which one, but he's seems to be pretty sold on them. I get to drive the mommy-mobile and he gets the cool ride. Not fair!
