Hey trouble!
Just wondering - how do you do a "cut"?
Now that I have a normal BMI, I'm trying to lower my body fat so that my abs show up a little (they're still quite tight despite the lack of workouts recently - I am SO surprised at how little muscle tone I've lost). Obviously I don't want to lose muscle, and I'll still be going to the gym to do weights and cardio.
I'm trying to do the 5 meals a day plan - how should I roughly balance my meals? I'm about 57kg now (125lb) with 22-23% body fat so how much protein should I aim for? I know what types of food to eat, just don't know in what proportions!

That sounds about rightthanks a lot! I must eat about 60g of protein atm and that's me trying to eat lots of prot! I guess I'm going to have to rely on protein shakes because I just can't find the time/money to cook a steak every two hours (well you know what I mean).
Is it necessary to have more calories from fat than carbs?
