Journey, Not A Destination

Correct, which it can become a problem later on once you start getting leaner. But, since you still carry a good bit of fat, relatively speaking, your body doesn't breakdown your existing stores of aminos (muscle) as easily.

I wouldn't kill yourself over it just yet.

You will have to down the road, and when the time comes.... it will NOT be a major transition.

I'd offer a lap dance but that would scar you for life and wouldnt b fair..

it's a holiday weekend -people are heading off to play :)

take the rest of the day off - it's ok :)

Good morning, Steve!

Well, I just found out you have a big, bubble butt. Well, so do I--AND my boyfriend! There's this hip hop song that goes like, "DAMN, girl, how'd you get all that ass in them jeans" etc., and on to be like, "I bet you had to lay down and wiggle juts to get them up, " etc., "Baby that's what's up," and so on. It's quite funny.

Today is my beautiful big-butted boyfriend's birthday, and last night at midnight he was sleepy so...I put him over my shoulder for the first time and carried him downstairs. We were both surprised and proud of me :) He weighs about 150-155 lbs, I'm not exactly sure. But it's nice to know I got his back in case there's a fire or something.

Have a great Sunday! ~hugs~

Haha, I wonder if my g/f can carry me over her shoulder.

I HIGHLY doubt it.

We-ell, aren't you 190+ lbs?!? That's kind of a lot. Tell you what, if you ever come out to the Central Coast I'll give you a shot--I could probably do it, especially if you were in some kind of trouble. But maybe not!

Not to bring down the mood... but being serious. You do get a huge adrenaline rush. It's funny, you hear stories of mothers lifting cars off of kids and stuff.

But my recent friend that died in a car accident. The truck landed on him. And the passenger, my other good friend, could NOT lift it off of him. And he is not a weak guy.

He tore multiple tendons and ligaments trying to lift the vehicle. I think he would have ripped his arm right off if he could have.

that's sad... I hope he's recovered both physically and emotionally - what an awful thing to go thru..

Steve, I wanted to drop by and say I hope you have a nice holiday weekend. I was reading that you have gotten engaged, Congrats.
