Haha, thanks Star, glad you are doing well.

I have to lose weight in order to lose fat, so I am okay with it. I am already leaning out nicely.

Update on me:

I am starting to feel very lean already. I always feel lean before I look lean, but I love it. I can also see minute changes in the mirror too.

It's as if I can FEEL the fat mobilizing, leaving the cells. :)

HIGHLY personal question ..... but I'm curious....do you get the "whooosh" thing right before a scale drop (and I hope you know what I mean 'cause I don't plan to be any more specific):)

I've tried being nice to it and asking it nicely to leave.. I'm even willing to resort to bribery... but nooo - it's more stubborn tan I am it insists that I work to make it leave.. pretty rude if you ask me :)

I hate seeing the scale drop! I fought my entire life to have it go up. I like it up. But I know it is a necessary evil if I want to be uber-lean.

I strong-arm it.

It really doesn't have a choice. That is why I lift weights. :)

So I am always one step ahead of, and stronger, than my fat. :p

It's all relative Cym. When I was growing up, I remember being picked on for how skinny I was. Possbily what drove me to keep pushing myself.

That's true. I gotta say, no one ever picked on me at school. In fact, I got in one fight in the 3rd grade, and that was the last time in my life.

Oh, I had my fair share of fights in grade school. I guess I felt the need to prove myself back then.

Heck, even when I was a senior, I got in a fight the last week of my career as a highschool student. Police called and everything.

Glad I left that stage. :)
 
Now I just argue with people on here to let my aggression out.

you CAN spot reduce dammit :)
2 lb purple dumbbels and lots and lots of reps are the most efficient form of exercise that and 3 hours or cardio a night :)
