I wish I had something even remotely more original to say other than 'I'm really sorry for your loss' but circumstances such as these do not provide many terms of consolation. All the best to you and all of those who were impacted by his loss. Take care of yourself.
 
Hope today and each passing day is a little easier for you and Jared's family and you are taking time for yourself to mourn and to heal and remember all the good times...

Hi everyone, and thanks for all the kind words and well wishes.

Things are sinking in, it didn't feel real until last night. Then it hit me that I will never see Jared again.

The funeral and service is tomorrow. It will be a rough day.
