This week, so far I lost 9 last week. And about 2 this week.
Water weight?
Hmmm....6 23oz bottles of water a day, surely cant mean Im losing water weight. This is on top of my food also.
Yesterday:
Breakfast, toast natural peanut butter
Lunch-Hoagie 23oz water
Dinner- Small salad, and healthy 300cal cuisine
Today so far-
Weight watchers 210 cal breakfast english muffin with ham and cheese, 32 oz water
Lunch-Turkey wrap+Pasta+23 oz water
Dinner=Side salad+ lean cuisine 150 calorie dinnner+ 32 oz water
I just need to work on not weighing myself every day....
