Hey guys,
I had another thread, but I felt like it was scattered because it showed my results from 171.4 to 148, but I am currently at 134.2.
I started my journey May of 2010 and have managed to lose 37.2 pounds since then. I started using South Beach Diet for the first 10-20 pounds of weight loss, then I went into just eating whole foods and being strict with calories. In the beginning I went to the gym 5-7 days a week for between 60-120 minutes, most of which was cardio on the elliptical and some jogging on the treadmill.
I tried to stick to 1,400-1,800 calories a day, but most of the time fell at around 1,600. I also drank almost a gallon of water a day.
I went from size 15 pants to size 4/6. I went from a 36-38 DD to a 32 C chest, and from a large size shirt to small/med. I am very happy with the changes
I am 5'7" and as of this morning 134.2 pounds. I just ordered TurboFire, which is a program similar to p90x, only it is based on HIIT workouts for maximum calorie and fat burn. I am hoping to get to 120-125 with lean mass on me, ultimately I would like to lose about 10 more pounds of pure fat.
It was a long journey, but it has been amazing and I am excited to keep going towards my goal. Thank you everyone here on the board for the support, it kept me going
UPDATE: 3/12/2011 I am 129.2 pounds and abs are showing! Last pic is from today
UPDATE: 3/15/2011 I am now 127.8 pounds and waist is now 24.5 inches
