Hi..i'm Ellen and have just started out on my mission to lose 28lbs. Due to a complicated medical year and being on progesterone supplements for a while I have gained a lot of weight and have found it very difficult to get it off again. After enough blaming the hormones etc I have decided to TAKE CONTROL of my own destiny! I joined WW on Tuesday... I am very excited.. I did WW in 1998 and it worked and I stayed at a good weight for 10 years at least.. so now its time to do it again. Both my heart and mind and focused on achieving this goal. I know I am not happy with my weight the way it is and I know that if I stick to the WW and keep exercising I will achieve my goal. Just before I fall asleep i visualize myself at my goal weight and imagine what it will be like to shop for clothes, or even just to fit back into some of my old clothes
... I weigh in on Tuesday and I am bursting with excitement (and I must confess a little anxiety)... I had 15.5 points on Wed and did weights for 35 mins, I ate 17.5 on Thursday and walked for 40 mins... This is DAY 3 ....

You are almost halfway there! I also visualize myself at my goal weight a lot, especially right before I go to sleep. The main thing I've noticed that's "changed" at being at my goal weight in my head, is that my future self is not constantly tugging at her shirt self-consciously trying to make sure the fat isn't showing, lol. I can't wait for the day when I can try on clothes at a store and not have to also worry about how I look sitting down in them! Well, you are doing great so far and I wish you a lot of luck losing the rest! I know you can do it!!
