BAD GIRL... SHAME ON ME... SHAME SHAME!!!!!

Will do better tomorrow, but can anyone give me some great get it and go ideas for lunch? Honest to goodness, every time that I THINK that I MIGHT have time, I'm on the run. I do without then grab the first thing available when I have two seconds. I am an expert to eating while driving anymore. There has got to be a better way to plan this out!!

First - there is NOTHING shameful about a 1500 calorie day! Have you checked your BMR? Do you know how many calories you need just to break even with breathing, living and bodily maintenance? I'm sure your BMR is higher then 1500, so I would imagine you still came in at a caloric deficit - even WITH pizza :D

As for grag and go lunches...you can make a salad and throw it in a zip lock back and keep in a cooler bag in your car. Yogurts, fruit, cut up in bags, carrots, vegies etc. It just takes time planning ahead and prepping, but it's definitely cheaper then a drive thru and a lot healthier. It's also great for damage control since you're not starving by the time you actually REACH food :D

It's all about one day at a time, and you're doing just that - keep it up :)

Hey all,

Sorry that I have not kept up on this the last couple of days. Things were a little chaotic Friday and Saturday, and today has been the kids' day to dominate the computer.

I will admit that I have done LOUSY the last several days. I am too ashamed to even write down what I have eaten, but it does include a pumpkin pie blizzard from Dairy Queen, and two extremely high fat cream filled cupcakes.

Okay enough of this crap... no excuses, I just screwed up. I can't keep doing this, I HAVE to lose and get more healthy. Okay, so I am off of here and planning my lunch for tomorrow.

Much love to you all....

Sorry for not posting over the last couple of days, but I'm doing good... I won't write the details, but yesterday I had 1720 calories and today I've had 1340 calories. I will probably eat a little something more before going to bed, to keep me at around 1500 calories. I've done good on my water as well.

I've made excuses over excuses as to why I haven't been exercising, and finally today I couldn't fool myself anymore about it. I'll save you the details, but I had a problem and took care of it. Now my only question is if Pilates is considered cardio or strength? My friend at work who does them says that they are strength, but if done properly, they can get your heart rate up. I am sure she was taking into consideration my size, etc. when she answered. Does it really matter what it is, though, if it gets my heart rate up?

The full length mirror is definitely doing it's job, too. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I bought myself a dresser last month. It is really nice, and has a nearly full length mirror. I honestly can't tell you the last time I looked at myself in a full length mirror, but every time I get in and out of bed now, it is right there in my face. Can't avoid it at all, that is for sure!

Okay it's late and I need to get to bed... good night all!!!
