I'll try and keep track of what I eat here. Don't really have access to a gym right now since I'm out of school for the holidays. But I have dumbells, a barbell, chin up bar, an 8lb medicine ball and 200lbs of weight. I'll definitely get something done!!!

Food Today:

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 pieces of whole toast

Lunch: Chicken Ramen noodles, can of tuna

Dinner: Steak /w frozen vegetables

SUPPLEMENTS: 100g Protein shake, Multi-Vit, 3 Flax Seed pills

NOTE: Nothing really amazing.

9 sliced fruit candies
Lunch: Bowl of fruit loops /w milk (where's my appetite?)
Dinner: 20 pieces of shrimp, 6 pieces of breaded shrimp, 10 pieces of sushi, 7 slices of cheese, 6 crackers, 600g salmon, 2 cups of veggies/fruits, 10oz of red wine
SUPPLEMENTS: 100g protein, EFA's, Multi-Vit

NOTE: Dinner was great. Gotta love Christmas.

Workout:

30 minute walk, 3.5 mile jog /w my dog. Gotta love animals! They really give you that extra boost you need to stay healthy. My dog was whining to get out this morning so I bundled myself up and faced the cold/snow. Felt pretty good not having any food in me at all. I didn't get the cramps that I normally battle through.

3x10 - Chin Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Crunches /w the medicine ball
10 minutes of jump rope
Kicked the bag for 10 minutes

FOOD INTAKE:

Breakfast: 15 pieces of shrimp, 4 pieces of breaded shrimp, 3 eggs, 2 slices of cheese, bottle of beer
Lunch: 8 Crackers, 400g salmon, tons of veggies
DINNER: Ample amounts of turkey, sweet potatoes, squash, potatoes, carrots, corn, stuffing, parsnips, cranberry sauce, a bit of melon and an orange, 2 bottles of beer.
Supplements: 50g Protein, EFA's, Multi-Vit

Note: I feel so great today. Must be all the calories I've consumed. I'll probably have to do this on a regular basis. I haven't felt this good in a couple of months.
I'm feeling comfortably full, so I'm not going to dig into any of the treats laying around. :) Yum, dinner was great. I think I had roughly 1500 calories sitting there. Oh well, definitely beats eating a burger and fries from McDonalds for nearly the same amount of calories.

Haha, I cut alcohol out for pretty much the entire year. That might possibly ring true. :) Moderation, right? (My excuse for the good stuff!!!)
 
Started sometime in late July of 08, a majority of the weight came off within the first 5 months... then sorta just did weight training, nothing special and the weight came flying off through walks/weights. I never stuck to any strict diet or anything.

I've been maintaining for roughly a year or so. I was really looking forward to losings the 20lbs, but I want to build some more muscle, so maybe I'll bulk. Who knows.
 
That's almost. Some bulk would be nice.
Glad to see the progression.

I'm curious, did you just change your eating habits or something in the begining? (trying to get some pointers for myself.)
