I've found it encouraging writing my thoughts, struggles, etc. in my own personal weight loss diary so thought it would be even better sharing my journey with everyone and pick up more tips, advice and support along the way.
I've just started eating better and exercising (started officially on 01/09/2016) and already am feeling a difference (along with some weight loss already
)
My name is Josey, I'm 5'4 and my goal is lose 30kg or more.
I have less kilos to lose than the amount of times I've tried to lose the weight but haven't, I'm usually pretty lazy, and really enjoy watching movies or playing games as well as eating chocolate and other fatty foods so this has definitely been a challenge so far. I do struggle a bit as I work two jobs and go to school twice a week so I've only been doing about 30 - 40 minutes a day on my treadmill but am slowly building myself up as I'm really unfit and asthmatic so I'm not just going to jump into some crazy work out routine
As hard as the last week as been with adjusting I'm so happy and proud of my efforts so far and cannot wait to post my successful updates!
I found that preparing myself for a good week prior to this helped a lot along with prepping my lunch and dinner in advance has been great.
Any tips on really easy snacks (I mostly have been eating cherry tomatoes, fruit and nuts, but I'm getting a bit over them) would be highly appreciated.
