Hey Jo,

You and I are pretty close in weight and stuck at the same point. I'm obsessed with hitting 179 too, but I can't seem to make it there. I know in my head that measurements are the true indication of how we're doing, but its so easy to get caught up on that damn number! :eek:

Best of luck to ya. I hope you get there. With any luck, we'll both see 179. :D

Thanks and good luck to you too :) I go by measurements most of the time, but seeing a number i havnt seen in years, is challenging for me also.

I havnt been here in a while!! So busy as usual. I started school 2 weeks ago and am going full time. So i wont be on here much.

I have finally seen 179! I almost passed out when stepped on the scale lol

I now weigh 178.2 yipee! So very close to my goal of 165.

Well, just thought i would stop in and update. Hope everyone is having a great Labor day weekend. :)
 
A month later and I am still at 178 :confused:

Going to give myself a push starting tomorrow, hit the gym on a regular basis.

I have also updated my current pics in my progress thread. The link is on the bottom. The scale isnt moving at all but i have lost a few more inches, and now in a size 10 from almost 16.

What a struggle this is!

Yeah! How great that the weight is still moving down. Slowly, but surely. And going from a 16 to a 10 is no small feat, little lady.

keep on it! every daily action is either a step back from your goal or a step towards. think about all your decisions and analyze whether its a step in the right direction, or the wrong one
 
OK so I havnt been on here in a long time. I joined this forum in march of last year. Starting weight of 205. I have been successful in reaching my goal of 165 lbs! :) I learned the less you have to lose, the harder it is!! So now its going to be a struggle to shed off the last 30 lbs. Im starting again tomorrow! Spring is here and going to walk, walk, walk again :) I'm kinda excited! Its been a long time. So I have set myself another goal, 150lbs, and i really hope i can reach it by the summer. I'm also posting a few before and after pics. There is a link at the bottom that will take you there if you want to check them out :)

you have lost..It is so hard getting under 200 then fighting not to ever
