Thanks Mal! I'm getting too excited here lol..I havnt been close to 180's in long time!
Going to do my daily walk on treadmill tonite. Going to push it up to 35 minutes.
Heres my menu. Again skipped breakfast. I had absoulutly no food to eat, so had to go shopping in the morning. This is where i would take my trip to mcdonalds before shopping
