I am finally doing it AGAIN! After years of eating junk food.. I am now at my all time high.

176 lbs and just 5'4"!!!


Time to get to lose that weight! And yes, I'm sure I'll get there.

Tomorrow is day 1, my aim is to walk at least an hour a day and stick to my plan.

WEEK ONE PLAN

I am inconsistent that's why I prefer boring repetitive plans, coz I don't have to think about what I need to eat! :)

1) Wake up--- walk for 30 minutes with dog
2) Breakfast: Cereal and skim milk and goodliness capsule
3) Lunch: Soup and 2 slc of toast
4) Walk 30 minutes with dog
5) Dinner: Cereal and skim milk and goodliness capsule


I NEED TO LOSE 40 lbs to be completely happy with my body! Wish me luck!:newbie:

that's an unreasonably low amount of calories for the day, plus where are the fruits and vegetables and protein...

Do some reading around this forum -- particularly the stickied threads in nutrition and on topic for some better ideas for your daily food plan - you want this to be a lifestyle change -not a short term starve yourself fix.
