Well, after a ****ty last week (my birthday week) I am back in the saddle again. I was down to 282 this am with am. Last week I actually seen 279.5 on the scale, that was HOT, I want to see it again!
I have purchased an Everlast punching bag for my basement, which really seems to give an amazing cardio workout. I have added that as the first half of my cardio routine, the ass end of the routine is still treadmill running/intervals.
I have found that N.O. Xplode really does work wonders if taked at the right time. I can really get a pretty good workout when hopped up on that stuff
Beyond that, nothing new to report. Still sticking to a mostly high protien, low carb diet and doing cardio as often as possible. I have found that keeping my workouts to 30 minutes I can really do them more often vs. them taking up an entire evening. Even though it's only 30 minutes, I still end up drenched in sweat at the end of my 30 minutes.
