Joint cracks/joint pains

i notice when im working out or running i tend to hear clicks in my knee, i know this could be a big probley later on in life when im older..ive just turned 18

is there any food or anything that i could take to help my joints

also would warming up longer limit it


any suggests will be greatly wellcome
 
I have a knee that makes a cracking noise everytime i stand up from a squatting position, but I've never noticed any problems besides the noise (maybe a few flecks of loose cartilage?)
 
it tends to put me off workng out at all coz it just dont seem right to be hear this loud crack sound every time you lift a weight. i dont wana be surfering from Arthritis in the furture
 
I used to get it when I started squats in my knees. Now I dont anymore, I think my joints are used to it.
I always do a warm up set to make sure my joints etc are in the mood to take some weight before going onto full weights, this also helps.
I also take 2 fishoil caps every day.

I take condriotin sulfate and glucosamine everyday, it helps lessen the cracks and pops. It's never really annoying except for in the winter it gets alittle sore. I'm 24.
