Join me on the Saturday morning weigh in!

JAmes....keep it up!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Kitty - I hear you; sometimes those maintaining weeks are killers! But James is right though...

I weighed in the other night (I know...bad I dea) and I was 131. So I'm hoping that these last two days I have been able to fix that. Oh, and I added a mile and half on my run yesterday and it felt so easy!!! It was great! :p

Hey guys, what a week. I just got done filming. I'm frazzled. The show looks amazing and we still have 2 weeks of filming to go. They shot me kickboxing this morning. I'm doing good with food. It's 11pm and my weigh in is tomorrow and I'm so hungry! If I eat now it'll add to my weigh in. I'm on the fence... Maybe I'll go to sleep.

I have a suspicion this electronic body fat analyzer is no good. My weight didn't change, and I have a hard time believing that I lost that much muscle in a week.

7/1: 25.1%
7/8: 25.0%
7/15: 25.9%

GREAT JOB JAMES!!!

I gained this week. 3 pounds back. UGH....So much for seeing results! Differences this week were:

~Busier than usual so diet wasn't right on like I have been - although still not terrible, but I'm sure the ice cream cake killed it.
~Rather than doing Tae Bo or my dance DVD I ran and added 1.5 miles that day.
~Added a day of weight training, but it was after I weighed in.

So, I feel like I'm starting all over again.

Well, even though it's only Wed, I weighed in. I lost a pound already so that makes me feel good. And I did 4.5 miles last night. How is everyone else doing?

I have the strong feeling I'm plateauing around 256 - 258, of course my diet of late hasn't been the cleanest it could be too. Just have to keep on keeping on.

That's awesome Wendy. Hang in there stingo.

I'm having a crazy time of it right now. I have 72 hours to finish making a record and there are cameras everywhere. I stopped working out on Saturday because I was starting feel weak from lack of sleep and my voice was getting worn out bad and I had to sing all this week on camera. I'm having a hell of a time staying focused on my weight lose this week. Going long periods of time during the day with no food or water because I'm in the heat of the moment and under stress and then eating at Subway at 10 at night when we're done for the day. I'm excited about the way the show is going but I'm having a problem with balance right now. I'm vacilating between being intense at work - being funny and over the top and being hot tempered. It's like my natural state when I work but on 10!

Anyway, I love you guys. All this TV stuff that's going on is new for me and I'm trying to learn to wear it well. I'm not working out this week and thinking about passing on this Saturday's weigh in. I don't know maybe I should weigh in anyway. I guess I'm afraid I'll have gained some. Thanks for listening, pics from yesterday:

GREAT pics!!! Oh...I would love to just once step inside a recording studio. I just finished recording a cd a few weeks ago with my church choir and we recorded in the sanctuary. Which is fine, great accoustics, but still....a real recording studio....*sigh*

Hey James,

Hang in there. I haven't been able to stick to any regimen since July 4th weekend and I'm afraid to get on the scale. At least you have an excuse. Good thing is that the frenetic pace isn't permanent.

By the way you don't have to try to be funny man, you are funny. Stop stressing. No matter what you have us homies and we love you.

See ya soon.

Vicki

well my progress is going nowhere. I don't weigh in until tomorrow but I don't even want to think about what it will say. You'd think that since I used to eat fast food all day, burgers fries at everymeal, and junk food late into the night, that once I stopped I would see some sort of improvement. But so far nothing, absolutely nothing. And you know what, I'm sick to hell of stupid health food. If something was actually happening, it would be worth it. Sorry, right now I'm just in a terrible mood. I can't bring myself to work out, my legs hurt too bad from last time. So I'm just sitting here feeling fat and useless on the verge of tears.

Probably way more than you wanted to know.

I'm startin' back at the gym in the mornin'! I miss it, 4 days off. Pics of us today with Tony Kaye, keyboardist for the band Yes.

Kitty - hang in there. You can do it. It may not feel like it right now but YOU CAN DO IT!

James - cool pics!

I lost another pound, down 2 from last Friday. Phew!

Horrible weigh in. 194.5lbs. Up 3 pounds. I knew it, I didn't workout once this week because of my schedule and ate weird and ate at night. Well, I'm up and eating breakfast and off to the gym. This whole filming thing through off my balance. I'm going to have to learn to stay on track during times like this. Anyway, I leave for Florida 2 weeks from today. My new goal weight for the trip is 188lbs. This weigh in I suspect is also a lot of water and last nights late dinner so I think 188 is acheivable. Onward and upward.. or should I say onward and downward. lol

I just woke up and weighed myself again after eating good yesterday and working out hard. I'm 191.8lbs. A little redemption.

Have there been any changes lately Kitty? Even subtle changes can affect a weigh in for me. Keep the faith....you can do it!!!!

Tomorrow is my weigh in. I feel pretty confident that I did well this week. Didn't eat much today - too hot. I just did my HIIT on the elliptical and feel soooooo good right now. I'm hoping I'm down another 2. Of course with my luck I will be up 2. LOL (I can laugh now....tomorrow may be a different story.)

Hey everyone I'm back. It has been an unbelievable few weeks. I weighed in this morning at 192.8lbs which I'm grateful I only gained a pound. The past month has been a time to hang on for dear life. The excitement and long hours thru off my training and diet but I held on to my weight lose. Two nights ago I recommitted myself to my goal of getting shredded. I've been eating great and training hard ever since.

Going thru the filming showed me alot about my own weeknesses during times of extreme pressure. When the show gets picked up and we start doing this full time I'll need to stay more balanced and level headed but I think it'll be easier. I think I weathered the brunt of the storm (at least I hope so). I think it will become more natural and easier to stay on my diet and training. I got so run down the 3rd week of taping that I took the entire week off from the gym so I could sleep in. And my food was a bit sloppier, portions were bigger and I went long periods during the day of no food and then eat at night, which for me is the kiss of death. Eating after 8pm just doesn't work for me personally.

So anyway, I'm back. Back on track and kickin' ass again. I leave Saturday morning on vacation for 10 days but I'm bringing my scale with me and plan on staying on track no matter what. I'm starting to meet with network people in September, the pressure is on to pull this getting in shape off. Thanks guys. The whole time I was flaundering this month I thought of the great people I've met thru this site.

232.4lbs then
192.8lbs now
40 down 20 to go... It's too easy:D
