Did HIIT this morning. OMG. Talk about EXHAUSTED when I was done! LOL Ok, maybe not exhausted. My legs were feeling it tho! HOLY COW! But I have to say. Last week when I did it, I could do it without any issues. Today, I felt like most of the time I had a hrd time breathing. Not like I was winded, but ore like I couldn't take in enough breath. It was kind of scary. But I pressed on. It's not going to stop me. I dont' need to breathe anyway, right? LMAO. Anyway.

LOVE Italian food. It's my favorite type. Ugh. Ok, gotta get the kids some lunch. I am feeling like I could take a nap, but I have sooooo much stuff to do today. I feel so motivated to clean the house, make it smell and look clean! it will be sooo nice.....:p
 
Sat 6/17 weigh in a day early

:mad: Ugh. UP another pound. Now, I'm at 132. looks like being a fat girl is my destiny. Oh, I'll keep training and working out and trying to eat as clean as possible, but I don't see any major results in my future. Legs and arms look great. Hips, waist do not, but my mother didn't have good ones, either.

Anyway, Guess that's all I have to say. I know I complain too much, so I will shut up now.

The weight gain can be from training. Don't be bummed out. Watch those portions. Portions can be the silent killer. Small meals every 3 to 4 hours. Cardio and watch night eating. Personally I don't usually eat at night. I just look better in the morning if I don't eat past 7pm or so. That's just me. As a vocal coach I train a lot of models, none of them eat at night! That's the deal. Also, don't drink your calories, stick to water.

I really do stick to portions, and even eat on a smaller plate in order to control them. I also never eat after dinner so that is not an issue. As far as cardio....have no fear. LOL I'm doing PLENTY of that. LOL 5 days per week at least 30 mins per day. I also have given up most beverages except milk (1%) and water. That's all I drink. Anyway, here's hoping next week will be better....
 
196.9 lbs

Not one of my better weigh ins. I lifted weights this week. So I think I gained some muscle. Anyway, I'm looking better for sure.

I have 3 weeks before I'm back in front of the camera, so today I'm shifting gears into the most intense cardio program I've ever done. I'm going to kickbox and treadmill like a maniac. Twice a day. No food after my evening cardio. Plus I'm adding tennis, rollerblading and basketball.

Had the best day. I played tennis. Yeah!

Went to the drug store and bought a bunch of skin stuff and bathing products. Really trying to take better care of myself.

We start filming this pilot in 3 weeks, so I have a pretty huge goal of 10lbs gone in 3 weeks. My goal is to weigh 186.9lbs by Monday July 10th. Those cameras can be so unforgiving!:(
 
So I buckled back down and weighed in this morning at 194.8. Over 2 pounds lost in 5 days. Very strict diet, no eating at night and massive cardio.

This losing weight is quite a journey. I find it very hard to be perfectly consistant, I go through phases when I feel lost with it all and then I snap out of it and get crazy again. Sometimes I'll feel like I'm off but I'm actually doing well and sometimes it's the other way. What a mental game losing weight is. So now I'm down 38lbs from 232.5 to 194.8.

I start shooting the first scenes for the TV pilot next Thursday. They're filming me working out at the stairs in Santa Monica. I train with a trainer and a training partner there on Thursday mornings. Boot camp style training combined with running these nasty ass stairs leading up a mountainside. I'll have my assistant take pics and post them. You guys may get a chance to see me be tortured! :eek:

YAY!!! Seeing someone else be tortured is alwasy fun! LOL jk

I'm at 131. No big shocker there. Have not done really well the last few days, but I'm getting back on track.
 
for me my saturday (afternoon) weigh in was 134. i dont really know how accurate that is because i had lunch about 2 hours before that. but this weight loss is going painfully slow for me...actually im just a really impatient person but im trying to just relax because i really do love the way my body and mind feels while living a healthy lifestyle...i dont see myself ever going back to those horrible habits i had in the past.

Holy Cow. That is exactly where I am . That's me all over. Finally someone who is also impatient! LOL
 
Just checking in. Had a rough weekend, portions were bigger... Stopped eating about 6pm tonight and just started drinking water. I'm feeling better now. I was very tired from dieting and training and got a little burned out. Took off Saturday night and all day Sunday from the gym. It was good, I'm ready to get back on the horse.

Thursday is the first day of filming and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and jittery. My assistant video taped me this week working out and I look better everyday but it's weird to see myself like that. Went to Sport Chalet today to buy some workout clothes for Thursday. I bought medium size shorts, that's a miracle...

So there you have it. It's 2am and I can't sleep. Sitting up watching Rocky 3 and obsessing on losing weight. Nothing new. The life of a maniac!:D
 
ugh i keep obsessing over the scale and weighing myself at night AFTER dinner and i get like a panic attack because its alot higher than i thought...i guess cuz of the dinner i ate...ugh im thinking about buying a scale so i dont have to wait to go to the gym to do it....im just afraid ill become obsessed with it.
 
Well at least I'm not alone. I'm not a scale finatic but I do look at my stomach in the mirror about 500 times a day.

Honestly, I have been struggling since Thursday. My focus is all over the place and my portion are bigger. Yesterday I ate healthy, just too big. So like the day before I stopped eating at 6pm and just drank water.

I woke up this morning and couldn't walk. It's like I have an ingrown toenail (sp?) or something with the big toe on my left foot. So I'm sitting here soaking it. Is there a doctor in the house? lol

Well for the last couple of weeks I've been at 120. Kinda up an down around it... varying between 119.5 and 120.5. But I wasn't working out or eating right... it is soo weird... like when I workout I gain. When I'm lazy and eat bad and stuff then I stay the same or even lose. Lol. Just not fair...

But I've been on track a lil bit this week so who knows I may have lost some this week! Just SO frustrating....
 
Ups and downs is right! I was beginning to get depressed because I was weighing myself every day and my weight was fluctuating as much as 3 lbs depending on what I consumed the day before. At anyrate, in spite of the drinks that I had and some big eating I'm still down somewhere between 10 lbs and 20 lbs but I won't post an official weigh in until Monday. I can actually see a difference now.:)
