The pizza thing could be an iTransformed spin off. It could be 'see how much I gained and how bad I look and it only took 12 weeks' kinda vibe...lol:p

Oh man, I am having the ultra intense week at work. Everything is cool with my diet but I feel off. I'm not training as good this week but things are coming to a head with work so better days are ahead.:eek:

I'm sorry about work. Glad I dont' have to deal with deadlines and such anymore.

Hubby was looking at me last night and he told me that certain parts are smaller and more toned. YAY FOR ME!!! :D I jumped on the scale and found I hadn't moved, but that's ok bc I can notice that I am getting toned and such. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!
 
Awesome! Sometimes when you're working out you're gaining muscle so the scale will be stable but you're losing body fat! You rock. Wendy I'm on E! Channel tonight at 10:30pm if you can watch, I'm the record producer/voice coach on the episode.
 
I guess me too... didn't help being fed authentic asian food tho... honestly they use soo much fat in their cooking! Yum tho...

I better do some more HIIT and ST and low fat eating. Lol - what a grind...
 
It's 1am on Friday night and I'm going to bed. I had a big party tonight at my house for the show. I had a bit of a strange week so ate nothing at the party, only a few sips of water. That was weird. Weighing in in the morning...

197.5 lbs...Down another 2 lbs this week. I can't believe it, I thought I was failing this week but I'm still on track.

Starting today I need to step it up notch. Some producers from the E! Channel have offered me my own show. This is unbelievable but now the pressure is on. They want to shoot the body of the pilot July 17th through the 30th. A component of the show is going to be them following me around as I go to the gym and get in shape. So you guys may get to see my badass kickboxing instructor: This guy is from another planet!

Time to get shredded!

p.s. I looked insanely fat on the show last night, it was taped about 5 weeks ago. I've come pretty far from there already. Normally seeing myself that fat on TV would have really brought me down but I'm cool. I took it with a grain of salt and thought to myself 'I'm doing everything I can to improve'.

Party--Where am I?

Great Party James! They ran the program three times. I recorded it at 1am and they showed it again at noon. It really is hysterical. :D Don't worry about the camera and the pounds. You're doing great-none of us are just telling you this. Just use the video as a frame of reference and then you'll realize how very far you've come since the taping. Pretty soon you'll have to go on a shopping spree to reward yourself. That should be fun!:p

Asian food is deceptive. I'm not even sure it is truly Asian or just Amer-Asian.
They use a lot of sesame and peanut oil, sugars and sodium and starch - nearly everything seems like it's fried. Thai food may be the worst but it sure tastes good.;)

Against my better judgement I drank the wine, ate the pizza and the guacamole while James emphatically stated that he and Laurie were't having any. (He asked that we take it with us). The good news is that I'm down
4.5 lbs from last weekend. I just need to step up my activity.

WHat is Thai the worst?! THats like my all time fav!! Not that I eat it much lol but its still awesome... That and Indian and Italian... ahh why is food so addictive?!

I went for a run today... 15 mins HIIT... plus 10 mins warming up/chasing the dog. My legs were still sore from Thursday so when I finished stretching an stuff they felt all hard lol.

Gotta get down this week!!
