29,F, 166lbs, I lost 22 lbs this year.
I'm having a good morning since I feel like yesterday I had a good diet day. I'm doing weight watchers and I stayed within my points. (22)
Yes, my mood in the morning does depend on how I did the day before. I wish that wasn't the case, but it is. I feel like loosing weight is the most important thing to me right now. I go to school and that's important, but somehow it feels so much easier then weight loss. Everything else is a breeze compared to looking in the mirror and facing the facts.
I try to do about 20-30 min of cardio a day, some weight lifting for my arms and sit ups. I switch it all up, depending on my mood that day.
So today, I tell myself I will work out, and stay within my points.
Hope I can do it. :):):)

hey welcome to the forum!! We have very similar stats and I am joining WW again on Wednesday! Looking forward to losing some weight with you!!
 
Hey welcome to the forum. Congrats on the weight loss you've achieved already this year! Do you have a specific target in mind?

I would love to be between 130-140lbs. I don't want to be too skinny. Lolz.
That seems soooo far away right now.:(
 
Heh, I know how you feel... my ultimate target from my 320 start would be to lose as much as you want to weigh in total! :p I'm working on smaller, more achievable targets in the meantime.
 
I have moments when I think "I will never get there, it's sooo hard", "other people can look amazing but not me". But...I refuse to let my bad moments rule. We WILL get there. 30lbs or 130lbs who cares?
It's not a matter of if we get there, it's WHEN!!!!!!!!!!!
