I really want to be in the low 120's so like 9 or 10 pounds.

I would like to lose weight before the new year.

I plan on counting calories and exercising every other day
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? I really have to support myself here and also draw on support from this board, because I am far away from family and my friends could careless.
-- How realistic is your goal? My goals are realistic because I was the weight that I am trying to get down to again last year.
-- When will you start? I started this morning.
What is your current height and weight? My current weight is 131 I lost a pound in one week!!!
If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? My ideal weight would be 125
At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? I would love to be 123
Why do you want to lose weight? I want to lose weight because I enjoy how I look when I am thin and healthy and because it is easier to run when I am smaller
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? My best friend is coming to visit for the holidays, I would like to look slim for her when she gets here.
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? I might get stressed out with work and school and not pack my lunch and eat on the run because I am busy.
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? I think I have a weight problem because I am involved in to many activities and none of the activities include having a healthy lifestyle.
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? I think slowing down and making health a part of my everyday would help a lot.
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? I lost weight by cutting out all processed foods and not eating meat. I also lost a lot of weight through weight watchers.
Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? I gained the weight back because I ate to much high calorie foods late at night.
What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work? I tried to starve myself and that didn't work because I am to busy to be weak all day long.
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? I have been trying to write down the foods that I eat daily.
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? I cook at home often and its usually pasta with veggies.
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? I eat out 4/7 days a week if not more.
What are your three favorite foods? skittles, pizza and ice cream
What are your three favorite restaurants? pf changs and bread company
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? I can eat less, eat more veggies and cook more of my own food.
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? I would not have love handles and I would not have huge boobs.

Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed? Yes, I eat at all times.

Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? At the computer more than if I was in bed.

In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing? I am running 1-3 miles
Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? I have a gym in my home
What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise? I love to runa nd am starting to train for another half marathon.
What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? I want to look good in my clothes and without my clothes.
Do you have rewards for certain goals? I plan to buy new clothes when I lose weight.
